Schandua Suite Rates and Policies

RATES:	$175.00 per night plus tax for single or double occupancy $300.00 per night plus tax for 3 or 4 guests
CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED:	Visa, MasterCard, or Discover
CHECK-IN TIME:	2:00 - 6:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT TIME:	11:00 a.m.
RESERVATION POLICY:	Reservations are held for 10 business days pending our receipt of your signed confirmation. All stays require a two-night minimum reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:	ANY cancellation is subject to a $10.00 processing fee via Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. The Schandua Suite must be given a 7-day cancellation notice (or a 3-week notice for holiday and special events) before your confirmed arrival date. If you cancel within a seven-day period (or three-week period for holiday and special events), your entire stay will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE:	No children No pets Smoking allowed only on the balcony No access for handicapped, as The Schandua Suite is upstairs.
